“I have gained so much education. The lifestyle changes of how it is all so connected was really eye opening and learning that I needed the variations in food. I really thought I already knew what I needed to know before. I had no self care besides Pilates prior to the program. Physically I feel strong. Emotionally I feel regulated, more protective of myself, and I am now prioritizing my mental health. I am less stressed, recognizing where I need to have boundaries. I feel stronger mentally, more focused, and more confident. Before I felt like I was floating but now have a direction and consistency on a path. Now I am practicing self-care and have had a huge shift in caring for my mental health. I am taking quiet time for myself and mindful care of my needs. I have made a big change in my diet, have a more diverse diet, and am discovering new foods and loving them. I have a better relationship with food. I recommend this program for anyone who thinks they are living a healthy lifestyle to know there is so much more to gain and learn by going through the process. Eating healthy is only one part, but there is so much more. I am living more now."

My WhyBack in early 2000's I poured myself into a daily yoga practice to help heal from a heartbreak that left me feeling incredibly insecure and unworthy. I had been a long distance runner for years previously but this was when I first learned how important the connection of body movement is for our mental health and for healing. It has continued to be the biggest driving factor for why I've continued a daily exercise practice ever since.
About seven years ago chatting with my girlfriends, many of whom were entering their 40's, I started to realize just how many insecurities and pressures we were all feeling as women beginning to age in a society that favors youth and is constantly bombarding us with anti-aging "remedies". This made me so sad because I know as much as we tell ourselves these pressures don't matter, they do. They've been ingrained in us our whole lives. Through the years I've exercised for a million reasons but really I exercise because its been the most positive constant in my life. It gives us the confidence to take up space in a society always trying to convince us women to get smaller. This was "my why" of why I began teaching and this is "my why" for why I have begun coaching. My goal has always been to uplift women in the best way I have known how. |
“I’m very proud of where I am on my health journey. Physically I feel good and also excited to venture out and get going on my own. Pilates has been a major game changer and everything else on top of that is extra. My back is feeling so much better. I feel hopeful about my future and not living in pain. Mentally I am more stream lined, more focused. Emotionally I feel the heavy weight of my life but I now have the tools to deal with what I am feeling at any particular moment. Now I’m not stuck in how I feel, I know there are ways out. I have relief in my stress levels. Before I felt stuck and overwhelmed but now feel relief because I totally achieved my goals I had set for myself and am in the process of moving further forward. I have had a paradigm shift about food and nutrition from being uninspired by food and feeling meal making as a chore to now understanding it is nourishing and knowing it makes me perform better, be a better mom and wife, and feeling good about eating more sustainably for the planet. My three biggest gains are definitely having an exercise routine now that is flexible and doable and is something I couldn’t have done on my own, the enormous amount of knowledge and understanding of how my body works- how to make the most of it and how to find tune it, and having Celia to consistently help me do my best. I have felt continuous comfort and support by her gentleness, knowledge, and attention. She’s always followed through with what she says and that’s inspiring and has meant a lot. I’ve made progress in achieving my goals in every way and for sure feel like I will be able to maintain the new habits I’ve created. I wouldn’t change a thing about this program, the design of the program is very sound. I would definitely recommend this program and already have a specific person in mind who would greatly benefit from it.”
“My three biggest gains from this program are sleeping better, improved physical activities, and breakfasts and lunches have been phenomenally healthier. They've become solid habits. My stomach is healthy now and feels a lot better. It was one of the first things I remember changing and getting better. I feel positive about food and nutrition. I know I'm allowed to splurge and it won't totally throw me off and I don't have to feel bad about it. I would one hundred percent recommend this program. It is really helpful for women in general who have busy lives. It is self-improvement that we don't do for ourselves.”
Client Testimonial“I am just starting my journey. I have launched on this path of being more healthy, aware, and wanting more from my life, wanting more fulfillment. Like why can't I take a class I've been wanting to do? I am developing myself. My three biggest gains from the program are sleeping better, confidence, and having a guideline with eating. Exercise has also been a discovery. I was nervous to try something new but then I did and everyone in the classes have been so nice and sweet. I had been so intimidated but I am now so happy that I pushed myself to do something that I was really uncomfortable with. I didn't have to give up the things I love. It was just about incorporating what I needed to add in and to stay consistent with it. This program isn't just movement and nutrition. It's full spectrum. It's holistic." |
